In 2015 I would like to run all my races at a sub-9 pace.
Long-Term Running Goals:
I would love to qualify and run Boston. I ran a 5:00 marathon in 2009, so I have a lot of work to do but I believe I am capable.

I am married with two little boys and I have the best running buddy - a GSP named Dudley :)

I think I could have pushed a little harder on speed, but I was nervous about being able to sustain it. Next time!
