Goal Type:

Boston Qualifier

Short-Term Running Goals:

In 2015 I would like to run all my races at a sub-9 pace.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I would love to qualify and run Boston.  I ran a 5:00 marathon in 2009, so I have a lot of work to do but I believe I am capable.

Personal:

I am married with two little boys and I have the best running buddy - a GSP named Dudley :)

Ran with two ladies from my running group, just over 8 miles for a 9:30ish pace (forgot my watch).  Lots of good hills, felt it in my glutes on Monday!

Tempo run with Dudley.  Ended up running circles after getting a little lost in my neighborhood!  Mile 1 - 9:47 Mile 2 - 7:57 (too ambitious...) Mile 3 - 8:28 Mile 4 - 8:18 (target pace) Mile 5 - 9:40.  Tempo miles felt hard, but good.
